Project Management

As a Prince2 Qualified project manager with years of experience on delivering small, medium and large size projects (£10k – £3million), I am adept at all areas of Project Management.

I have worked on projects from small scale freelance project administration to large scale EU/UK Government funded growth initiatives on a national scale.

From budgeting and planning, through delivery and to output and impact assessment, I offer an end to end solution to ensure the timely and effective delivery of projects for stakeholders of all sizes.

Production Management

CORPORATE – Working as a Freelance Production Manager on a global video marketing campaign for one of the largest brands in hotel accommodation. Planning, resourcing and delivering assets for web and social media in 4 continents using both UK and local crew. View on Youtube

FEATURES – I have Production Manager and Assistant Production Coordinator credits on two low budget features. This work has followed much of my project and locations experience as a natural fit for my skillset.

Location Scouting and Management

Scouting and managing locations for a variety of film projects from low budget UK features to large international visiting productions. I take pride in finding the very best locations using not only local knowledge and my extensive list of contracts but also my personal qualities which are essential when liaising between production and property owners and local authorities.

Events and Festivals Management

Working with partners including: BBC, Creative England, British Council, Eurogamer, EU, National Geographic, National Trust, UKIE, UK Government and a variety of private businesses.

I offer a service from planning to delivery which encompasses sponsorship, timelining, marketing, ticketing, budgeting and staffing. I have managed events on a local, national and international level with budgets from £0 – £500k.

Photography

More for pleasure, I am an avid photographer. Holding a BA Hons Degree in Photography (minor – 1:1). My skills in photography have proved useful in all areas of my career not least winding down on a rare day off!
